The beach after Hallim Park was insanely refreshing. The sand was white and as smooth as it was abrasive. The beer was as cold as the water without the salt. Our shirtless tops were as alien as our existance in that beach.
Yes that was my poor attempt at a list of metaphors/assimilies. I forgot the name of the beach but it was walking distance from Hallim Park. We were pretty much the only people with our shirts off and the hairiest at that too. We also had lunch there that consisted of some very good seafood bibimbop with Miso Soup (personal favorite).
There were more of the locals collecting seaweed like in Udo Island.
From there we were starving and it was finally time we tried the famous black pig that Jeju is recognized for. Black pig barbeque from what I've been told by our Korean friend is different for the fact that it has a diet that mainly consists of feces. Doesnt sound appetizing at all but let me tell you that was the best pig barbeque I've had in years and it's definitely at tthe top. It was so good we ended having four rounds of it and our bill came out to a colossal amount. My camera was dead by than so you'll have to take my word for it.
