Our morning started off at Dunkin' Donuts gazing at the sky for some inspiration and sipping our coffees for some pep. Our Hyundai rental car was about to lead us to a trip to Hallim Park. It had some caves, ostriches, fish ponds, exotic birds, old school huts, various fauna, and some cool bobble head statues that looked like they were having too much fun.
The legend of Dr. Jin is what this statue represents. The story starts off with a young Jin on his way to school. He sees a cave and decides to venture inside only to find a beautiful woman there with a red bead. Everyday since than he would spend time with the girl before heading off to school. Jin's teacher noticed that Jin's skind was getting eerily pale and asked him what was going on. Jin told her about the girl in the cave and the teacher gravely reccommended Jin swallow her bead and quickly look at the sky, land and the people. The next day Jin did just that but before he could get a chance to look at anything the girl turned into a white fox and chased him out the cave. Luckily Jin ran into a local villager who was able to save him. From than on Jin turned into a doctor with the ability to see the human bodies many ailments and cure them. It was also said he once revived a dead human body with his new found talent.
One garden contained a wise saying.
Monogamy is for the birds; Love Birds

After the park we hit up the beach for some sun.
